One of my wife's favorite story is that 25 years ago after saving to buy a car, she finally found "The One". So on a cold NJ winter night, giddy with excitement and a sense of accomplishment, she waved goodbye to the "Nice Dealer" and headed home. Less than 10 exits later and nowhere near home, the car died on a major highway. She was broke, cold and without what everyone has today - a cellphone.
Luckily for her, the "Nice Dealer" had the car towed the next day, repaired the blown head gasket and the car was back on the road a week later. All was well, a least until summer and she discovered the the AC, (he said it would "blow snowballs") , didn't work. Ha!
